Just moved in recently and I must say. The staff at the front desk are exceptional! Jennipher, Sandra, and the others were extremely helpful with the mountain of questions I had while moving in, constantly emailing me back quickly while also keeping me up to speed on everything. They've been helpful with setting me up with maintenance for small issues while moving in and so much more. Great staff here! Mike from maintenance also is awesome and super helpful.

Jennipher the assistant manager at city gate is seriously one of the most accommodating people I have worked with while leasing apartments. She leads her team super well, and is always incredibly respectful and well mannered. She is super understanding unlike a lot of robotic apartment managers. The covered garage is super convenient, i love not having to wipe snow off my car anymore and the whole 5th floor is reserved for visitor parking which is rare in this area. Leasing staff is great as well, Ericka the property manager is always very understanding and helpful. Apartments do go fast so apply quickly!!
